Zoom Meeting Information: Documents must be received a minimum of 7-10 days ahead of your appointment. Upload from your Confirmation email by:
1. Scroll down in the email until you see the bar "EDIT FORMS"
2. Click on that bar and it will open up to your secure portal and several file choices will appear
3. Best to have all documents in one PDF/jpg ahead of time if possible.
4. Click on any file to upload (several are named for reference only)
5. Upload from your source then click on the Upload Button
6. MOST IMPORTANT!! Scroll to the bottom and click on the "UPDATE FORMS" to save the upload.
7. If you need to add another PDF/jpg, chose a different file than the one you just used otherwise it will override the previous document.
8. Repeat the "UPDATE FORMS" for each PDF/jpg uploaded.
Please be sure your older but still dependent child does not file a return claiming themselves. It will cause your return to be rejected.
1098-T (College Tuition): Go online to your college Bursar account for the 1098-T. Richard cannot complete the return without it and it cannot be looked up at the appointment.
ANY DOCUMENTS MISSING WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN YOUR RETURN BEING COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IF YOU UPDATED YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE SINCE LAST TAX SEASON, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A COPY WHEN YOU UPLOAD OR MAIL US THE DOCUMENTS.
